Bruno Chavez, LMT has many years of experience specializing in effective techniques that promote relaxation and restore balance. His purpose is provide relief of tension, discomfort, pain and a sense of balance to his clients daily living and experience of life. In past roles he has developed a rare sense of service to others as a means for creating his own wellbeing and those in his sphere. With our focus on attending to all five senses - he enjoys teaching how these enhance the massage experience and provide lasting benefits. Our clients

consistently comment on how beneficial and unique his skills are, as he integrates numerous techniques with varied education in anatomy, physiology and functional medical manual therapies. Cheryl Morgan, FNP, ARNP Clinical Director

Our founder and clinical director , Cheryl brings our clientele over 25 years clinical experience ranging from family practice to emergency medicine, immunology, neuroscience and rehabilitation. She provide the clinical oversight and select services at Statera Vitaé, including hormone optimization, lab orders and interpretation and nutritional counseling for our weight management program, Rooted Transformations, Biomé Functional Aesthetics for skin challenged by acne or aging, and our Advanced Clinical Peptide program. Her certifications include Functional Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, Neurofeedback, Integrative Medicine, Dermatological Aesthetics, Lymphedema /Edema Management, Wound Care, Oncology Recovery, Longevity Medicine, and Advanced Clinical Peptides.

Victoria Ross, LMT Massage Therapist

Victoria is a Licensed Massage Therapist and brings over a decade of massage therapy experience. Her education and practice are rooted in a deep commitment to whole-person wellness. Her path has been further shaped by three years working as a paramedic in the Kansas City metro area, providing insight into what happens when health is approached with reactive care rather than holistic. Working across the full continuum of care, from emergency intervention to ongoing wellness support, she has grown her understanding of how the body’s systems interconnect and respond under stress. This perspective informs her approach to bodywork: rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, she works with clients to support the body as an integrated whole. Victoria believes that true wellness isn’t found in focusing on or treating symptoms, but in the intentional and preventive care that honors the connection between body and mind to create lasting health.

Appointment Policies

Arriving late will reduce your valuable treatment time. While we strive to complete your session within the scheduled time, being more than 10 minutes late may lead to rescheduling. For more information on fees, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Statera Vitae Med Spa, we have a 48-hour Cancellation/No Show Policy to ensure timely appointments for our guests and to respect our providers’ time. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours or not attended, the following fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Skin Health Appointments:

• Skin Consultations – $50
• Any Skin Health Service – $50

Injection/ Treatment Appointments:

• 15 minutes – $50
• 30-59 minutes – $100
• 60+ minutes – $150

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. Since aesthetic results vary from person to person, we strive to achieve the desired outcome but cannot guarantee it. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to reach their desired results.

For retail products, we do not offer refunds. However, defective products can be exchanged for the same item within 15 days. Gift certificates are also non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all appointments. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with credit card transactions, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality services and maintain our facilities.
