Bruno Chavez, LMT has many years of experience specializing in effective techniques that promote relaxation and restore balance.

His clients consistently comment on how beneficial and unique his skills are, as he integrates numerous techniques with varied education in anatomy, physiology and functional medical manual therapies. Our founder and clinical director , Cheryl brings our clientele over 25 years clinical experience ranging from family practice to emergency medicine, immunology, neuroscience and rehabilitation. Her additional certifications include Functional Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, Neurofeedback, Integrative Medicine, Dermatological Aesthetics, Lymphedema /Edema Management, Wound Care, Oncology Recovery, Longevity Medicine, and Advanced Clinical Peptides.

Appointment Policies

Arriving late will reduce your valuable treatment time. While we strive to complete your session within the scheduled time, being more than 10 minutes late may lead to rescheduling. For more information on fees, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Statera Vitae Med Spa, we have a 48-hour Cancellation/No Show Policy to ensure timely appointments for our guests and to respect our providers’ time. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours or not attended, the following fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Skin Health Appointments:

• Skin Consultations – $50
• Any Skin Health Service – $50

Injection/ Treatment Appointments:

• 15 minutes – $50
• 30-59 minutes – $100
• 60+ minutes – $150

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. Since aesthetic results vary from person to person, we strive to achieve the desired outcome but cannot guarantee it. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to reach their desired results.

For retail products, we do not offer refunds. However, defective products can be exchanged for the same item within 15 days. Gift certificates are also non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all appointments. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with credit card transactions, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality services and maintain our facilities.
